Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using the site or buying the product you accept these terms.

2. Licence scope

• A licence may be used on an unlimited number of WordPress sites: your own sites and sites you build for your clients. Sharing the licence key or downloaded packages with third parties, reselling them, distributing them on GPL clubs or subscription sites, or bundling them with hosting plans is not allowed. Unusual use (e.g. many different domains in a short time) may be reviewed; on a breach the licence's update, download and support rights end without refund. Sites already installed keep working.
• Updates, demo downloads and support need an active licence; a site keeps working without one.
• The licence is lifetime and includes updates for as long as it is valid.
• When the site moves to a new domain, the stored licence key is activated on the new address automatically; nothing else is needed.

3. Prohibited use

• Sharing, reselling or redistributing the licence key or the theme
• Circumventing licence checks
• Using the service for unlawful purposes

Violations may result in licence cancellation without refund.

4. Third-party components

The product relies on third-party software such as GeneratePress and may contain open-source components (for example under GPL); these remain under their own licences. Your rights in GPL code are not restricted by these terms.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The product is provided as is. Subject to mandatory consumer law, the Seller's liability is limited to the price paid, and the Seller is not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit or data. Taking a backup before updating your site is your responsibility.

6. Updates and support

We aim to keep improving the product and ship security updates, but no release schedule is promised. Support is provided through the support panel.

7. Governing law

Turkish law applies. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
