Refund Policy

1. Statutory right of withdrawal

GP Newsdesk is an intangible good delivered electronically right after payment. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no statutory right of withdrawal for such contracts; you are told so before ordering and asked to confirm explicitly.

2. Refunds

As the product is delivered right after payment and no voluntary money-back guarantee is offered, payments are not refunded once completed. You can try the three live demos and ask our support team anything before you buy.

3. Defective product

If the product does not work as described, open a support ticket. Your statutory rights for defective goods remain.

4. Invoice

If a refund is due by law, the invoice is cancelled or a credit note is issued.
