1. Seller

• E-mail: [email protected]
• Web: https://gptheme.ncamedya.co

2. Main characteristics of the product

GP Newsdesk is a news and magazine WordPress theme built on GeneratePress (a digital product). What you buy is a licence for the theme and its companion plugin: lifetime licence, free updates while it is valid, unlimited sites (fair use; see the Terms of Use).

3. Price, taxes and payment

The total price including all taxes is shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order. Payment is made up front by card through Stripe. There are no delivery or shipping charges.

4. Delivery

Delivered electronically right after payment is confirmed, by e-mail and in your account panel.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

As the Product is an intangible good delivered right after payment, you have no statutory right of withdrawal. Before completing the order you are asked to confirm separately that you have read this and agree to performance beginning immediately.

The Seller offers no voluntary money-back guarantee; payments are not refunded once completed. Your statutory rights for defective goods remain.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to [email protected]. In a dispute you may apply, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence.

7. Confirmation

The Buyer confirms electronically, before ordering, that they have read this information and the Distance Sales Agreement.
