Privacy Notice (KVKK)

2. Data we process

Identity and contact: name (if given), e-mail address, invoice details
Customer transactions: orders, payment status, licence key, licensed site addresses, support messages
Security: anonymised IP address, browser information, session and sign-in records
Marketing: campaign source (UTM tags, referrer), demo of interest, e-mail consent records, newsletter clicks

Card details are not processed by us; they are handled by our payment provider, Stripe.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performing the contract: orders, licence delivery, support (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
Legal obligations: invoicing, accounting and tax records (Art. 5/2-ç)
Legitimate interest: security, preventing fraud and abuse, improving the service (Art. 5/2-f)
Establishing or defending legal claims (Art. 5/2-e)
Explicit consent: commercial e-mail (Law No. 6563) and keeping consent records (Art. 5/1)

4. Recipients and transfers

To the extent needed to provide the service, data may be shared with: our payment provider (Stripe), e-mail delivery and hosting providers, accountants, and public authorities where required. Some providers are located abroad; international transfers follow KVKK Art. 9 (explicit consent or safeguards set by the Authority).

5. Collection and retention

Data is collected electronically through the website, forms, checkout and support. It is kept for as long as needed for the purpose and for periods required by law (for example 10 years for commercial books and documents), then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to results based solely on automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

7. Commercial e-mail

Consent to marketing e-mail is separate from this notice and optional; refusing does not affect your purchase. You can withdraw it at any time through the link in every message or by e-mail. Consent and refusal records are kept in line with the Turkish Message Management System (İYS) rules.
